Join me on a 1-2-1 basis at my home, or yours, for a regular wellness and workout session. We'll talk about what you want to achieve, and how we can achieve it together. We'll cover exercise, diet, and other lifestyle factors to create an holistic plan just for you.

Complementing strength training, Pilates enhances flexibility, core strength, and overall fitness, while promoting alignment and mind-body connection. Join me at the award-winning Precision Pilates studio or in the welcoming community of Box, Wiltshire at the Pavillion.

I hold classes in Box every Monday and Friday at THE PAVILLION 9AM book via Precision Pilates Studio.
