Welcome to my world of fitness and well-being. I'm thrilled to introduce myself as a passionate female personal trainer who has recently obtained qualifications in Pilates.

My journey in the fitness industry began with a successful local bootcamp in Corsham, where I empowered individuals to achieve their fitness goals from 2019 to 2023.

As a mum of three, I understand the challenges women face not only in returning to fitness after pregnancy, but also the ongoing demands placed on our bodies throughout our children's lives. By living an active, mindful and present life, I find it easier to face these challenges on a daily basis and can help you find your inner strength to do the same.

Whether you join my Pilates sessions, or meet me for 1-2-1 to Focus On You, you will become a member of my community. You'll have the opportunity to connect with, learn from, and encourage others on their journey - and make some incredible friends along the way.
